Cerebral Palsy

The cerebral palsy is a condition marked by impaired muscle coordination and disabilities, typically caused by damage to the brain before or at birth.

We cannot correct the damage that has happened, but we can make the mobility better by orthopaedic procedure like oft tissue release, tendon transfers and bony procedure.

Our patient is young 18 years old boy who was walking with significant in toeing gait. The patient had de-rotation osteotomy where we change the rotation at the level of deformed bone. The pre- and post-operative video demonstrates the result.
